Dear Madam / Sir,

We kindly request you to submit your bids for: SLE/ITB/2019/002 – Firm to train fifteen (15) trainers of trainees (TOT), and construct eighty (80) Household Rainwater Harvesting storage facilities in selected communities in Kambia, Kono and Pujehun districts..’ as detailed in Annex 1 of this ITB. When preparing your bids, please be guided by the General Terms and Conditions for Works attached hereto as Annex 2.
