The objective of the OSCE PCU project is to increase Ukraine’s capacity for humanitarian demining by enabling training for national instructors. The successful bidder will conduct a training at its own training location with duration up to 10 days for 8 demining instructors from Ukraine and will provide participants with necessary knowledge and skills to lead independently projects on mine clearance and removing ERW in accordance with the IMAS and to be able to train and pass adopted skills as instructors.
