(a) General experience: Reputed Contactors/ Construction firms having general experience in construction works for 05 (Five) year's minimum.
(b) Specific Experience:
Must have successful completion of at least 1(one) number similar nature of works/RCC Frame Structure Works with Sanitary and Electrification works of Government / semi Government / Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 05 (Five) years minimum amounting TK. 115(One Hundred Fifteen) Lakh, in a single contract. Last 05 (Five)years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper

(iii) In case of the work done under PWD, the certifying and authentication authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer.
(iv) In case of the work done any Government/Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done.

(c) The Tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turn over amounting TK. 92(Ninety Two) Lakh, This must be supported by total certified payment received for contracts in progress work completed under public sector during last 05 (Five) years
(d) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be amounting TK 77(Seventy Seven) Lakh, Document (Original Copy Only) Map along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender in a prescribed form for this purpose which is attached in Tender Documents of Section-5: Tender & Contract Form [Form PW2(a)-3].

(e)The minimum Tender capacity shall be: Tk 161Lakh
