Specific Procurement Notice Request for Bids Plant Design, Supply and Installation (Without Prequalification) Employer: Public Utility Unitary Multi-Activity Production Enterprise of Housing and Communal Services “Lyakhovichi HCS” Project Management Unit: RUE “Belinvestenergosberezhenie” Project: Sustainable Energy Scale-Up Project Contract title: “Construction of a Domestic Fuel Fired Boiler House on the Territory of an Existing Boiler House in 5A Chkalov Str., Lyakhovichi Town” Country: The Republic of Belarus Loan No. Loan of the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development 9014-BY RFB No: SESUP/RFB/20/08 Issued on: February 2021   1.       The Republic of Belarus has received financing from the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development toward the cost of the “Sustainable Energy Scale-up Project”, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the Contract “Construction of a Domestic Fuel Fired Boiler House on the Territory of an Existing Boiler House in 5A Chkalov Str., Lyakhovichi Town”. 2.        RUE “Belinvestenergosberezhenie” (the Project Management Unit) now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the execution of work on the Site “Construction of a Domestic Fuel Fired Boiler House on the Territory of an Existing Boiler House in 5A Chkalov Str., Lyakhovichi Town”.            The assignment includes: design, manufacture, testing, delivery, installation, completion and commissioning of the Site, and fulfillment of the warranty obligations under the Contract. 3.        Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers. Procurement in investment project financing. Goods, Works, Non-consulting and Consulting Services” (July 2016, revised November 2017 and August 2018) (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. 4.        Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from RUE “Belinvestenergosberezhenie” and inspect the bidding document during office hours from 08:30 to 17:00 at the address given below.  5.       The bidding document in English (with translation into Russian) may be received by interested eligible Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below.  The document will be sent by email. 6.        Bids must be delivered to the address below no later than 11:00 (local time) on April 27, 2021. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected.
