Short description PQQ - Construction of access roads, public park and re-alignment of R411 road in respect of Craddockstown Development. Detailed description To construct the following access roads (“Project”): R411: The construction of approx. 400m of single carriageway road to NRA standard including roadway & pathway. This project will also maintaining traffic flow on the existing R411 and the installation of a box culvert to an existing stream under the carriageway. The scope of works will include storm water drainage, public lighting, and other underground utility service ducting. Residential Development: The construction of approx. 400m of single carriageway road to KCC estate road standard including roadway, pathway, and verge. The scope of works will include storm and foul water drainage and attenuation, watermains, public lighting, and other underground utility service ducting including works to the curtilage of residential units of phase 1. Public Park: The construction of approx. 3.2Ha of public park, including necessary filling, grading of ground plus installation of necessary underground services.
