The Government of Kenya has received financing from the International Development Association (IDA) toward the cost of the Water and Sanitation Development Project (WSDP) and intends to apply part of the proceeds for Construction of four number ablution blocks for Kwale town. 2. Kwale Water and Sewerage Company now invites sealed bids as follows:   S/N TENDER NO. TITLE   NCB No: KWAWASCO-201675-CW-RFB.   Construction of four number ablution blocks for Kwale town     More details are contained in the bidding documents   3.      Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding procedures as specified in the World Bank’s Guidelines: Procurement of Goods, Works and Non-Consulting Services under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits by World Bank Borrowers, April 2015  (Updated January and October, 2017 and January, 2020)  (“Procurement Guidelines”), and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Guidelines. In addition, please refer to paragraphs 1.6 and 1.7 setting forth the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest.   4.      Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Kwale Water and Sewerage Company at the address below and inspect the bidding documents during office hours 8.30 am to 16.30 pm, local time at the address given below:          5.    A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested eligible bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of Kshs.1,000.00 (Kenya Shillings One Thousand Only) per set.
