Eligibility of Tenderer :	1. The minimum number years of general experience of the Tender in the construction work shall be 5[five] years. 2. A satisfactory completion of specific works(Must have been expeirence of Steel frabricated works/ Building) at least Tk 50.0 [Fifty] lac under 1 [one] of contract(s) over a period of 5[five] years shall be required. Must be submitted work completion certificate at Government / semi Government/ Autonomous organization. 3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 80 [Eighty] lac over the last 5.0[Five]years.(80.0lac x 5=4.0crore). Must be submitted recent up to date Bank statement certificate /Audit report / Work completion certificate for comply the Tenderer construction Turnover. 4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or Unconditional credit facilities / Unconditional Bank Gurante of the Tenderer shall be Tk 35.0 [Thirty five] lac.Must be submitted recent Bank certificate with mentioned the Balance /Unconditional credit facilities. 5.Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10 (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimate, the tender will be rejected.(ITT Clause-40.2) 6.N:B. Others terms and condition are specified in TDS & PCC.
