Overview :

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Solomon Islands invites you to submit a Bid to this Invitation to Bid (ITB) for the construction of Solomon Islands Meteorological Services Building (SIMS).

This ITB includes the following documents and the General Terms and Conditions of Contract which is inserted in the Bid Data Sheet:

Section 2: Instruction to Bidders
Section 3: Bid Data Sheet (BDS)
Section 4: Evaluation Criteria
Section 5: Schedule of Requirements and Technical Specifications
Section 6: Returnable Bidding Forms A-G.
Attachments 1-4 (General specifications, Site photos, BOQ & DRAWINGS)

When preparing your proposal, please be guided by the Instructions and Bid Data Sheet. Note that proposals must be submitted using the returnable bidding forms and uploaded to eTendering, instructions below. DO NOT LEAVE the upload of your submissions to the last day. Emailed submission (of proposals) will not be considered. It is your responsibility to ensure that your proposal is submitted on or before the deadline.

Kindly note to download the UNDP General Terms and Conditions for contracts and also for Civil Works from this notice for your information and agreement when submitting your proposal.
