The Regional Office of the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) for Latin America and the Caribbean wishes to obtain the services of INSTITUTIONAL Consultancy for conducting regional mapping of UNICEF supported DRR and CCA activities and, drafting and editing the updated UNICEF/RET publication:

“Actions for children and youth resilience: Guide for Governments”

For this reason, UNICEF would like to invite you to submit technical and financial proposals, as described in this request for proposal and in the terms and conditions contained in this document.
Information request:
Any questions related to this invitation should be sent by email to [email protected]. From 14 to 21 June no later than 23:59 p.m. (Panama time), with specific reference to this number LRQS 2018-9140130. After this date, no request for information will be received. The questions and their answers will be distributed to all bidders on June 25, 2018 in a general mail.
Date and time limit for the presentation of the proposals:
Your proposals must be submitted no later than the local date and time of Panama specified below. Proposals received after the stipulated date and time will be invalidated. UNICEF will not accept any responsibility for the submission of proposals to personal emails, only to [email protected].
