We kindly request you to submit your Proposal for provision of consultancy services to deliver Papua New Guinea Off-Grid Code and Associated Regulations.

Please be guided by the form attached hereto as Attachment 1, 2 and 3, in preparing your Proposal.  Proposals may be submitted on or before 26th November 2019. Your Proposal must be expressed in English, and valid for a minimum period of 120 days.

Documents uploaded in the system as part of your quotation must be free from any form of virus or corrupted contents, or the quotations shall be rejected. 

It shall remain your responsibility to ensure that your proposal is submitted on or before the deadline indicated by UNDP in the eTendering system. Bids/ proposals must be submitted in the online eTendering system in the following link: https://etendering.partneragencies.org using your username and password. In the course of preparing your Proposal, it shall remain your responsibility to ensure that it is uploaded on the UNDP Atlas e-tendering system on or before the deadline. Proposals that are received by UNDP after the deadline, for whatever reason, shall not be considered for evaluation. Kindly ensure that all proposals are in the .pdf format, and free from any virus or corrupted files.
