The purpose of this request of proposals is to identify a creative agency to explore and create data visualization and storytelling on noncommunicable diseases (NCDs) as they were responsible for 74% of global deaths in 2019.  The creative agency will work closely with a communications focal point to create some consistent, relatable and engaging narratives as well as creative data visualization through the use of stop-motion animation and other means.
