Uslijed niza promjena na tržištu uzrokovanih pandemijom COVID 19 došlo i do naglih porasta cijena robe na gotovo dnevnoj bazi. Ponuditelj u trenutku podnošenja ponude nije bio svjestan fluktuacija koje će se dogoditi na tržištu robe kao i eksponencijalnog rasta cijena.
