Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Zakonom o prijevozu u linijskom i povremenom obalnom pomorskom prometu (NN 33/06, 38/09, 87/09, 18/11, 80/13, 56/16 i 121/19, nadalje Zakon) predviđena je člankom 55. mogućnost izmjene reda plovidbe. U tom smislu ovim dodatkom ugovora radi prilagođavanja stvarnim potrebama izmijenjen je red plovidbe linije 9807 te promjena ugovaratelja radi održavanja dodatnih putovanja u okviru državne linije 9807 nije ni moguća obzirom da se na liniji ne može utvrditi postojanje linije drugog značaja sukladno članku 10. Zakona.
