Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Aneks ugovora izrađen na temelju članka 316. ZJN 2016 zbog potrebe izvođenja dodatnih vantroškovničkih radova sukladno očitovanju glavnog nadzornog inženjera, projektantskog nadzornog inženjera i voditelja projekta. Zamjena ugovaratelja prouzročila bi značajne poteškoće za naručitelja. Povećanje cijene nije veće od 30 % vrijednosti prvotnog ugovora. Povećava se vrijednost za 3,62 %.
