Sukladno točki 20. Dokumentacije o nabavi, ukoliko se tijekom trajanja Okvirnog sporazuma pojavi potreba za dodatnim uslugama iz Troškovnika, vrijednost Okvirnog sporazuma se može sukladno članku 315. Zakona o javnoj nabavi (NN 120/16) povećati sklapanjem dodatka okvirnom sporazumu po jednakim jediničnim cijenama i uvjetima iz dokumentacije o nabavi.Nakon sklopljenog Okvirnog sporazuma, Prvog i Drugog ugovora, koji su prilog ovom Dodatku, pojavila se potreba za produženjem okvirnog sporazuma, iz razloga što je u pripremi novo nadmetanje za predmetnu uslugu, a bez potrebnog osiguranja niže navedenih stavki ne mogu se odvijati redovne zadaće ovog Ministarstva te su sporazumne strane suglasne da se, temeljem članka 315. Zakona o javnoj nabavi (NN 120/16), ovim Dodatkom Okvirnog sporazuma ugovaraju niže navedene usluge.Naručitelj će osim usluga navedenih u članku 2. Okvirnog sporazuma ugovoriti niže navedene usluge osiguranja te se vrijednost Okvirnog sporazuma povećava, kako slijedi:Skupina osiguranja Ukupna premija osiguranja do 31.03.2022. VII.2)Information about modifications

VII.2.2)Reasons for modification

Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee (Art. 43(1)(c) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(c) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(c) of Directive 2014/25/EU)

Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Nakon sklopljenog Okvirnog sporazuma, Prvog i Drugog ugovora, koji su prilog ovom Dodatku, pojavila se potreba za produženjem okvirnog sporazuma, iz razloga što je u pripremi novo nadmetanje za predmetnu uslugu, a bez potrebnog osiguranja niže navedenih stavki ne mogu se odvijati redovne zadaće ovog Ministarstva te su sporazumne strane suglasne da se, temeljem članka 315. Zakona o javnoj nabavi (NN 120/16), ovim Dodatkom Okvirnog sporazuma ugovaraju niže navedene usluge.

Naručitelj će osim usluga navedenih u članku 2. Okvirnog sporazuma ugovoriti niže navedene usluge osiguranja te se vrijednost Okvirnog sporazuma povećava, kako slijedi:
