Rast cijena materijala koji je uzrokovan poremećajem na globalnom tržištu materijala, proizvoda i usluga. Zbog navedenog razloga došlo je do nestašice sirovina za proizvodnju predizolirane opreme, osobito čelika i komponenti za plastiku.
