(Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union, 6.8.2016, 2016/S 151-272590)

 1.Publication reference:

EuropeAid/138190/IH/WKS/CW.
 2.Date of publication:

6.8.2016.
 3.Programme title:

Financing agreement FED/2013/024-278.
10th EDF — urban infrastructure for socially deprived communities.
 4.Contracting authority:

The Government of Curaçao, Willemstad, CURAÇAO.
 5.Reason for cancellation:

The tenders for lots 1, 3, 4 and 5 have been cancelled. Lot 3 was cancelled due to the non-receipt of tenders which were administratively and technically compliant. Lots 1, 4 and 5 were cancelled because all technically acceptable tenders exceeded the financial resources available (for your orientation, see Section 2.4.13 of the ‘Practical Guide’ providing a series of cases of cancellation).

Notes:

Should a new tender procedure be launched for this project, a new contract notice will be published, unless the contracting authority awards the contract through a negotiated procedure — in which case only the award of the contract will be published.
