Tender Details

The Department of Customer Service (DCS)?deploys the ServiceNow platform?in delivery of?its service management and information technology operations.?The platform is architecturally approved as part of DCS’s ICT strategy. DCS is seeking the tenderer to provide support and maintenance to this platform.
