Supply, Installation and Maintenance of new Smart Bus Stops, Shelters and the Upgrade of Existing Shelters for Public Transport across Cyprus
Supply, Installation and Maintenance of new Smart Bus Stops, Shelters and the Upgrade of Existing Shelters for Public Transport across Cyprus, as follows: -350 Bus Stops “Type A” (pillar), -1350 Shelters “Type B” (semi shelter) - 650 Shelters “Type C1” (full shelter – Open) - 100 Shelters “Type C2” (full shelter – Enclosed), - Repair 600 hundred existing shelters, - 2000 simplified version of “Type A” (Pillar) - Photovoltaic Systems and Connection to Electricity Grid with net metering, - 500 telematic bus stop displays (e-paper), - 2450 bins for bus stops, - 200 bicycle racks at major bus stops, - foundation construction and repair of surrounding pavement area. The Contract includes the implementation planning, supply of all necessary above equipment, transport and installation on site, any software, integration, maintenance, administration, storing facilities stock etc, as it is specified in detail in the Tender Documents.

The Overall Value of Contract - Sixty Million Euros (€60,000,000.00) exclusive of VAT, is analysed as follows:. . i. Project Implementation (5 years) estimated value– Thirty-Five Million Euros (€35,000,000.00) . ii. Good Operation Guarantee and Free Maintenance as per Paragraph 4.4.4.1 of Annex II of the Tender Documents.. iii. Maintenance & Support as per Paragraph 4.4.4.2 & 4.4.4.3 of Annex II of the Tender Documents: Help Desk, call-out Service and replacement, repairs for bringing Equipment and Products to original condition and functionality – five million euros (€5,000,000.00). iv. Contracting Authority’s right to extend the Contract services and/or supply-installation-integration etc of Equipment by up to Ten million Euros (€10,000.000.00), at any time of the contract period (including the Maintenance Periods). . v. Buyers’ right to place orders for Contract services and/or supply-installation-integration etc of Equipment by up to Ten million Euros (€10,000.000.00), at any time of the contract period (including the Maintenance Periods). .

1. Every interested economic operator who has or had an interest in being awarded the Contract and who has sustained or is likely to sustain a loss as a result of an act or decision of the Contracting Authority which precedes the signature of the Contract and for which it is alleged that it violates any provision of the legislation in force, has the right to file a recourse to the Tenders Review Authority in accordance with the provisions of the Law on the Review Procedures concerning the Award of Public Contracts of 2010 (Law 104(I)/2010).. 2. To file a recourse to the Tenders Review Authority, the applicant must pay a non-refundable fee which is deposited into the General Government Account. More details are given in the Website of the Tenders Review Authority (www.tra.gov.cy).. 3. Regarding the manner and procedure for filing recourses, the manner in which these are examined and the procedure for the issue of the relevant rulings, the provisions of the Law on the Review Procedures concerning the Award of Public Contracts of 2010 (Law 104(I)/2010) shall apply.
