Předmětem zakázky jsou kompletní stavební práce a dodávky nutné k zajištění kapacity a kvality SV Pardubice sestávající se z následujících podprojektů:

a) III. část Intenzifikace ÚV Hrobice,

b) II. část intenzifikace prameniště Hrobice,

c) část 2.1 zkapacitnění výtlaku z ČS Čeperka,

d) etapa 1.1 ČS Oplatil.

Předmět zakázky je podrobněji specifikován v obchodních podmínkách a dokumentaci pro provádění stavby a soupisu stavebních prací, dodávek a služeb s výkazem výměr, které jsou přílohami zadávací dokumentace.

VII.2)Information about modifications

VII.2.2)Reasons for modification

Need for additional works, services or supplies by the original contractor/concessionaire (Art. 43(1)(b) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(b) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(b) of Directive 2014/25/EU)

Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Ad 1)

Na základě úpravy projektu požárně bezpečnostního řešení stavby je nutné provést změnu izolačního jádra v části obvodového pláště. Původního izolační jádro Quadcore nedosahuje nově požadované požární odolnosti a bude změněno na izolační jádro z minerální vlny K-Roc. Z důvodu požadavku na zvýšení životnosti vnitřní povrchové úpravy je původní vnitřní povrchová úprava sendvičových panelů (PES 25 µm) nahrazena novou povrchovou úpravou (SPECTRUM 50 µm).

Ad 2)

Výměna stávajícího lamelového podhledu za kazetový minerální podhled (THERMATEX THERMOFON (600/600/15), včetně výměny svítidel.

Ad 3)

Změna původně navržené konstrukce podlahy (nerozebíratelná plovoucí podlaha) na nově navrženou konstrukcí podlahy (zdvojená rozebíratelní podlaha z dřevotřískových desek s povrchem z antistatického PVC).
