Předmětem Veřejné zakázky je záměna maloolejových vypínačů za vakuové v R6kV ČS Hněvkovice, plynové kotelně a Rezervním napájení HVB1. Dále je Předmětem veřejné zakázky rekonstrukce přístrojových částí (ochrany a HZO) v R6kV ČS Hněvkovice, plynové kotelně, NTKS (bez HZO) a výměna HZO v R6kV na provozní budově včetně zakomunikování nových ochranných terminálů do NEMES.

VII.2)Information about modifications

VII.2.2)Reasons for modification

Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee (Art. 43(1)(c) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(c) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(c) of Directive 2014/25/EU)

Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

1.Při odpojování kabelů byly zjištěny nepřesnosti v DoSP, z čehož vyplynula nutnost zpracovat nová typová schémata ovládání vývodů 6kV, při implementaci nových digitálních terminálů. Skutečný stav se dá ověřit pouze na odstaveném zařízení, což nelze provést před realizací. Na základě zjištění bylo nutné doplnění projektu o nové ochranné funkce do terminálů dle projektu selektivity vč. logických funkcí a nutností dalšího připomínkovacího řízení.

2.Před realizací rozvaděče 0BG.19-36 v rámci DC 3B se projevila porucha kompresoru 0SCA1AN1, který musel být z důvodu oprav odstaven, současně se objevily zvýšené vibrace na kompresoru 0SCA1AN2, přičemž oba kompresory jsou napájeny z rozvaděče 0BG.1-18. Při odstavení rozvaděče 0BG.19-36 by zůstal provozuschopný pouze jeden kompresor, což je z pohledu provozu nepřijatelné, proto realizace DC 3B musela být rozdělena do dvou částí tak, aby byl zajištěn plynulý provoz zařízení, zároveň bylo umožněno plnění částí DC 3B, které je možné realizovat.
