Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee (Art. 43(1)(c) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(c) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(c) of Directive 2014/25/EU)

Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

V rámci prací vyvstala potřeba dohledání grafických předloh a vzorů pro doplnění chybějících maleb zjištěných po provedeném plném odkryvu, a to na základě Sdělení Národního památkového ústavu, ÚOP Středních Čech v Praze (č.j. NPU-321/93.316/2021, ze dne 11.11.2021). Dohledávání grafických předloh a vzorů stále probíhá a zajišťuje orgán státní památkové péče - Národní památkový ústav, ÚOP Středních Čech v Praze. Dále je nezbytné dokončení díla v klimaticky vhodných podmínkách. Tato situace má vliv na změnu termínu dokončení veřejné zakázky.
