VII.2.2)Reasons for modification

Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee (Art. 43(1)(c) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(c) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(c) of Directive 2014/25/EU)

Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Vícepráce se týkají dodání, instalace a oživení 2ks dutinových rezonátorů, které jsou umístěny u převaděčů a zajistí kvalitnější radiový signál u bezdrátových hlásičů.

Potřeba víceprací vznikla v důsledku okolností, které objednatel jednající s náležitou péčí nemohl předvídat. Vícepráce nebyly v požadovaném rozsahu zahrnuty v původním závazku ze smlouvy o dílo a zároveň tyto vícepráce jsou nezbytné pro dokončení díla, přičemž změna v osobě zhotovitele díla by nebyla možná z ekonomických důvodů, které by způsobili objednateli značné obtíže nebo výrazné zvýšení nákladů na dokončení díla s tím, že hodnota dodatečných stavebních prací se započtením méněprací nepřekročí v součtu cenu původní hodnoty závazku vyplývající ze Smlouvy o dílo. Soupis více a méněprácí je konkrétně vymezen ve změnovém listu a oceněn ve výkazu výměr, který je jako příloha součástí dodatku.
