Network 23 Contracting Office anticipates awarding a sole source procurement to SDV Office Systems, LLC DBA SDV Medical Services, NAICS Code 541990, All Other Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services, with a size standard of $16,500,000.00 will be utilized. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 for the procurement of Weight-Based Inventory Management Systems. Due to the proprietary nature of certain aspects of these particular Weight-Based Inventory Management Systems, no solicitation will be issued. A determination not to compete this proposed contract is based solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is not a request for quotes or information.
