Network 23 Contracting Office anticipates awarding a sole source procurement to Konica Minolta, NAICS Code 517919, All Other Telecommunications, with a size standard of $35 Million will be utilized. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 for the procurement of RightFax FoIP-Enabled Fax Channel Expansion Equipment/Hardware. Due to the proprietary nature of certain aspects of this particular Equipment/Hardware, no solicitation will be issued. A determination not to compete this proposed contract is based solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is not a request for quotes or information.
