Prior information notice for a supplies contract

Finance Minister, EDF National Authorising Officer in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Kinshasa, DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF THE CONGO.
 6.Contract description:

Under this contract, the contractor shall supply, deliver, install and commission a set of machines and systems, available at the National Waterways Management Agency (RVF) shipyard's slipway, necessary and sufficient for putting its fleet of vessels on slip for repair and maintenance purposes.
Delivery will be to Kinshasa, at the RVF shipyard in the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
Supplies are to be delivered duty paid (DDP — Incoterms 2010).

Reference is made to Annex IV as revised by Decision No 1/2014 of the ACP-EU Council of Ministers of 20.6.2014.
