Contract lifecycle management (CLM) solution
Danish Defense Acquisition and Logistics Organization (DALO) plans to tender a contract regarding acquisition of a Contract Lifecycle Management System (CLM System).
As part of the preparation to the tender, DALO would like to request information regarding some specific topics from potential tenderers.
Due to this DALO has decided to initiate a technical dialogue with the market.
DALO is looking for a CLM solution, where DALO can optimize the process of creating contracts and public procurement documents and where DALO can optimize the daily maintenance of the templates.
-
DALO is looking for a solution, which can create contracts with a clause library and templates and where the contracts can be drafted directly in the solution with a decision tree functionality, which allows a guided creation of contracts.
Furthermore, different templates for different contract types can be created and managed in the solution.
In regards to the daily maintenance of templates, the solution must allow to update multiple clauses across templates.

Specifically, the solution must:
- Be hosted in a datacenter geographically located in the EU.
- Be hosted in a datacenter and on hardware fully owned by an EU based corporate entity.
- Be hosted on hardware not shared with services operated by non-EU based corporate entities.
- Have all data (including back-ups) stored in a datacenter geographically located in the EU.
- Have all data (including back-ups) stored on hardware fully owned by an EU based corporate entity.
- Have all data (including back-ups) stored on hardware not shared with services operated by non-EU based corporate entities.
- Not be reliant on services or infrastructure including network owned by non-EU based corporate entities.
