INTRODUCTION

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations/proposals are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-07, effective 10 September 2021. This acquisition is total small business set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 481211, Nonscheduled Chartered Passenger Air Transportation, with an associated size standard of 1,500 employees.

SPECIFICATION

The U.S. Geological Survey, Western Ecological Research Center, requires expert services of a professionally skilled crew for a helicopter net gun capture and deployment of GPS collars on desert bighorn sheep in the Queen¿s Mountain region of Joshua Tree National Park. Please see solicitation document(s) for a detailed description and solicitation provisions/clauses.
