Description UNICEF Viet Nam is requesting the service of the development of a training video presenting a mock trial of a criminal case involving a minor defendant to demonstrate best practice in conducting a child-sensitive trial. The video, which will be used as an e-learning tool, shall include two parts of 7-10 min. each portraying one “best” and one “bad” practice in adjudicating a child case. Both parts will use the same trial scenario but in different court-room set-up and different procedures.
