The Asian Development Bank is supporting the Government of the Philippines in the execution of a study to determine an optimal government-wide institutional and governance structure for the Philippine bureaucracy in the context of transition to a higher income status and seeks the services of a suitably qualified and experienced consulting firm to support the delivery of this technical assistance.
