Tender Details

Council is seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Contractors for developing building condition assessment schedules and plans for the Buildings Listed in Attachment 1-FAMP Buildings Asset List.

Council has the right to remove assets from this asset list based on the pricing of respondents to this contract service. If Council decides to add more building sites, Council may ask the successful consultant to provide a quotation on appropriate pricing based on Facility Scale Category which is in accordance with building floor area.
