DLA Energy issues solicitation SPE604-21-R-0400 for direct supply natural gas to various DoD and Federal Civilian installations throughout the states of Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Texas with a 24-month delivery period begninning June 1, 2021.  The estimated quantity for this proposed requirement is 34,040,251 dekatherms (dths).  Any resultant award(s) will be fixed price with economic price adjustment (FP/EPA) requirements type contract(s).

Receipt of offers, technical and other required documents for this solicitation to supply and eliver natural gas as part of the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Energy Direct Supply Natural Gas Program are due as follows:
