The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) invites Technology Providers to submit information for the e-Court version-2 for the Supreme Court of the Philippines, implemented by UNDP The completed questionnaire with required attachments must be uploaded at the UNDP eTendering website or submitted by email to [email protected] (each message must not exceed 10MB).

The abovementioned event shall be accessible to all interested participants and information should be received no later than 23 December 2020, 2:00PM Manila Time (or 1:00 am EST).

The RFI will be used to gather information and recommendations via the completed questionnaire (Appendix A) on the range of possibilities with regard to:

1. Establishment and operationalization of a fully intelligent and automated case management system that will support daily court operations;
2. Data from existing systems for case management and monitoring are successfully migrated; and
3. Judiciary staff and court users are properly trained to operate, administer, and maintain the system. Respondents are requested to fill out the questionnaire, attaching all supporting documentation where available.
