a) A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk 4.00 Lac under 1 (One) numbers of contracts over a period of last 5 (Five) years shall be required. [ years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper]
-Authenticated by completion certificate issued by relevant procuring entity(ies)
-Experience as a subcontractor will not be taken into account.
b) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 10.00 Lac best 3 (Three) years over the last 5 (Five) years. [ years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper]
-Tenderer shall demonstrate the resources sufficient to meet the aggregate of the value for the (Same Day) individual contracts/contractual commitments in case participation is more than one package/lot from same procuring entity.
-Apart from payment received for construction works, the certified public works in progress (financial progress) or completed year wise by relevant procuring entity(ies) will be considered as construction turnover.
c) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. banking instrument or credit facilities or credit line of the Tenderer shall be Tk.4.00 Lac
-Tenderer shall demonstrate the resources sufficient to meet the aggregate of the value for the individual contracts/contractual commitments, in case, participation is more than one package/lot from same procuring entity and other procuring entity(ies). (Sample Copy Attached in section-7)
