ASSIGNMENT OVERVIEW Assignment Title: 1276937- A SURVEY OF THE QUALITY OF PRIMARY CARE AND NUTRTIONAL CARE PROVIDED BY COMMUNITY SERVICES IN MOZAMBIQUE Assignment Countries:- Mozambique ASSIGNMENT DESCRIPTION The purpose of this survey is twofold: i) to assess the quality of primary health care provided by Mozambiques cohort of Agentes Polivalentes Elementares (APEs) across the country; and, ii) to assess the quality with which a Nutrition Intervention Package (NIP) is delivered by APEs, Community Health Committees and Community Volunteers in the eight provinces with the highest prevalence of child stunting in Mozambique (Cabo Delgado, Inhambane, Manica, Nampula, Niassa, Sofala, Tete, and Zambézia). FUNDING SOURCE The World Bank Group intends to finance the assignment / services described below under the following:- BANK BUDGET- MDTF Health sector ASA to build a more people-centered and performance-focused health system in Mozambique ELIGIBILITY Eligibility restrictions apply: [Please type list of restrictions] INDIVIDUAL / FIRM PROFILE The consultant will be a firm. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS The World Bank Group now invites eligible firms to indicate their interest in providing the services. Interested firms must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc. for firms; CV and cover letter for individuals). Please note that the total size of all attachments should be less than 5MB. Consultants may associate to enhance their qualifications.
