ASSIGNMENT OVERVIEW Assignment Title: 1275653- Agricultural Logistics and Service Hub (Agri-hub) Feasibility Study Assignment Countries:- Ukraine ASSIGNMENT DESCRIPTION Objective of the Assignment The objective of the assignment is to prepare a feasibility study that will inform decision making regarding the design, construction and operations of the proposed Agri-hub facility to be built in or around Starobilsk City and financed through the 3R project. The consulting firm will work under the supervision of the World Bank, and in close collaboration with the Ministry of Reintegration and Temporarily Occupied Territories (MRTOT) as the main implementing agency for the 3R project as well as Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food (MAPF), Luhansk Oblast and Starobilsk local administrations. 10. This feasibility study will focus primarily on understanding the production and economic structure (and culture) of the current domestic fresh produce/meat/diary supply chains and wholesale markets operations across the government-controlled territory of the Luhansk region.
