ASSIGNMENT OVERVIEW Assignment Title: 1277611- Fecal Sludge Management system assessment in Siem Reap City Assignment Countries:- Cambodia ASSIGNMENT DESCRIPTION The objective of the assignment is to conduct a summary assessment of FSM services in Siem Reap city and present recommendations for Government implementation. The sub-objectives include: An updated assessment of the current supply and demand of FSM services in Siem Reap, including the strengths and weaknesses of the current arrangements. An updated Fecal Waste Flow Diagram (SFD) and report of the current sewered and non-sewered sanitation services in Siem Reap. And a projection of services post-WaSSIP and other project implementation. A low, medium and high scenario estimate of the need for regular FSM services. Summary of the opportunities and engagement points with the existing pit emptying service providers, including their business, incentives and training needs.
