Scope of the consultancy The proposed assignment aims to support the WB and its partners in developing climate action plans at the regional and city level in the Region of Fez-Meknes through a two-phased approach including: (i) climate diagnostics for the region of Fez-Meknes and the city of Fez; and (ii) climate action planning in Fez-Meknes (Fez-Meknes TCAP) and for the city of Fez. Expected outputs to be produced by the consultant include: (i) an inception report; (ii) regional and city level climate diagnostics; (iii) regional and city level climate action plans that should identify specific low carbon and climate resilience measures and investments; (iv) monitoring and evaluation protocols for action plans; and, (v) a communication and awareness raising strategy as well as related dissemination actions. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS The World Bank Group now invites eligible firms to indicate their interest in providing the services. Interested firms must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc. for firms; CV and cover letter for individuals).
