ASSIGNMENT OVERVIEW Assignment Title: 1278313- Survey Enumerators: Childcare Needs Assessment (STT) Assignment Countries:- Sri Lanka ASSIGNMENT DESCRIPTION IFC, as part of the Women in Work Sri Lanka partnership with the Australian Government is supporting the Chambers of Commerce in Ampara, Batticaloa, and Trincomalee Districts to conduct the workplace childcare survey. To carry out the survey each Chamber of Commerce will engage a number of enumerators who will visit the relevant workplaces and conduct the survey. Terms Of Reference attached. The key deliverables are as follows: 1. Active participation in and completion of an initial IFC enumerator training that covers project purpose, the survey methodology, and using the survey forms. 2. Completion of the survey in face-to-face interviews with company staff using paper forms. 3. Entry of survey data into the electronic template, following data entry protocols. 4. Participation in a bi-weekly de-brief with the IFC training coordinator. ELIGIBILITY INDIVIDUAL / FIRM PROFILE The consultant should be an individual. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS The World Bank Group now invites eligible consultants to indicate their interest in providing the services. Interested consultants must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc.).
