ASSIGNMENT OVERVIEW Assignment Title: 1275981- Survey Firm Selection for Ten-year follow-up of 4Ps Impact Evaluation in the Philippines. Assignment Countries:- Philippines ASSIGNMENT DESCRIPTION The 4Ps is a CCT program aimed at addressing poverty and supporting improved health and education outcomes of poor children and pregnant women. Several rounds of household and community surveys were previously conducted in the evaluation of the 4Ps program. The proposed work now involves a 10 year follow up survey of the 646 children, and their constituent households. This survey activities will involve a household survey directed towards the target child and primary caretaker, collection of biologic samples for subsequent laboratory analysis, anthropometric measurement of target child, and a community and school survey. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS The World Bank Group now invites eligible firms to indicate their interest in providing the services. Interested firms must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc. for firms; CV and cover letter for individuals).
