ASSIGNMENT OVERVIEW Technical support services: Cox's Bazar Tracking Surveys Assignment Countries:- Bangladesh ASSIGNMENT DESCRIPTION The Coxs Bazar Panel Survey tracking system has a dual objective, to keep in touch with panel respondents, and to collect timely data to track changes in welfare. This consultancy is for a firm to provide technical assistance in systems development to support the implementation of a rapid tracking system for surveys in Cox's Bazar, Bangladesh. Specifically, this entails a focus on improving real-time data quality and security protocols and supporting the selected survey implementation firm in adopting and implementing these improved protocols. Main responsibilities of the consultant will be to: 1. Design the technical framework 2. Code the survey instrument 3. Training and capacity building 4.
