This survey will not only inform the plans of the MOH but also will provide key insights for World Bank work in the country and region. Service Delivery Indicator (SDI) surveys generate nationally representative data on the quality of health services. The data collected will generate a platform for social sector accountability and benchmarking of results, within and across countries, and over time. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS The World Bank Group now invites eligible firms to indicate their interest in providing the services. Interested firms must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc. for firms; CV and cover letter for individuals). Please note that the total size of all attachments should be less than 5MB. Consultants may associate to enhance their qualifications. Interested firms are hereby invited to submit expressions of interest. Previous experience with health facility surveys and health care professional knowledge assessment would be an advantage. * 2. Proven ability to facilitate communication between different stakeholders, government, non-government, and academic institutions. * 3. At least 5 years proven experience with data quality assurance mechanisms (field work management, data entry programming, etc.) required. * 4.
