Wiltshire Council has provided an eBook service to its 504,070 residents since February 2012. In 2017, an eAudiobook collection was added to this service. We have almost 3000 eBooks and over 1000 eAudiobooks in our collection and, in 2020/21, 66,195 eBooks and 41,621 eAudiobooks were downloaded. We have invested significantly in our range, including some titles which may no longer available from publishers. The majority of our eAudiobook collection is Simultaneous Use/Metered concurrent use, which enables multiple users to borrow a title at once. It is not our expectation that this procurement will remove the range or functionality our customers already enjoy.
