1. As described in tender document.
2. The minimum numbers of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 3 years.
3. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 1 (one) contract of similar nature , complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 5 (years), with a value of at least Tk. 10.00 lac.
4. The required average annual construction turnover i.e. total certified payments received for contracts in progress of completed under public sector from respective procuring entity shall be greater than Tk. 18.00 lac over the last 5 years [2011-12, 2012-13, 2013-14, 2014-15, 2015-16]
5. The minimum amount of liquid assets of working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk. 4.00 lac. (This will be given by the proper format)
6.The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following additional documents:
i) Valid current year (2016-2017 )Trade License.
ii) Vat Registration Certificate.
iii) TIN Number.
iv) Nationality Certificate.
v) Updated Income Tax certificate
vi) Business Address.
7. Tenderer must submit their BOQ within the limit of 10.000%. If any tenderer submit �????�???�??�?�±10.000% (above or below) then the tenderer will be selected as non-responsive by the order of Gazette, August 2016.
8. A tenderer will be treated as non-responsive if he /she fails to meet the deadline of any previously awarded projects / works of CCC, without any valid time extension by the competent authority
