Tender Details

Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Tenderers for the Orion Function Centre Electrical Upgrade. 

A full description of the nature and extent of the services required by Council are set out in Section 3 of this Request. The work is at the Orion Function Centre, 155 Beamish St, Campsie, NSW, 2194. UBD map reference for the site is Map 253 L12.

The Orion Function Centre is a building of heritage significance under the Heritage Act 1977 and Canterbury-Bankstown City Council’s LEP.

The proposed works is to upgrade the existing electrical supply to meet the NSW Service & Installation Rules and the Australian Standards as required by the inspection authority, Ausgrid.
