The purpose of this tender was to set up a contract for Employment Law Support Services. SPT has appointed, BTO as external support to supplement the organisation’s HR function in delivering a wide range of people management support to the management team at all levels in the organisation. To achieve this, SPT has appointed a supplier who would support the HR function and senior management team to operate in a commercially-focused way, in line with legislation and good practice.
