The Abdel Al Hydropower Plant feeds the overall EDL grid in power and has a substation providing power to 93 villages in Bekaa and South Lebanon.The Abdel Al Hydropower Plant (MARKABI HPP) is the first hydropower plant on Litani River located in West Bekaa near the village of Machgara.
