1. UNICEF shortly intends to issue a tender for the above items for the ad hoc purchase of services from one focal company who could handle and administrate the whole refurbishment exercise that is to take place at the end of this year - beginning of next year.  

2. Please find UNICEF’s technical specifications for the items and description of the services.

3. We believe you may be interested in participating in the bidding exercise, and therefore request that you review the attached specifications and advise us at or before WEDNESDAY 1 NOVEMBER 2017 whether you would like to be included on the list of invitees to our bidding documents.

4. To express your interest, please reply by return e-mail to [email protected], with cc to [email protected] on or before the response deadline.

Please confirm your correct e-mail address to send the bidding documents to.

5. Finally, please note:

(a) While annex E attached (bill of quantities) will need to be completed and returned by the invited bidders with their final proposals, we do NOT require prices or documentation at this stage, and we merely seek your expression of interest in participating in the bidding;

(b) A response to this Request for Expression of Interest does not automatically ensure that you will be invited to participate to our bidding exercise.
