The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to solicit and negotiate using FAR Part 13 – Simplified Acquisition Procedures, a sole source purchase order with Epicor Software Corporation, 804 Las Cimas Parkway, Austin, TX 78746, for the purchase of Epicor Clientele/ITSM Reenrollment and Maintenance.  This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations and no solicitation will be issued. The government anticipates award of a single firm fixed price purchase order.   Any interested vendor that can provide this requirement should submit a capability statement to [email protected] by the closing date of this notice.  Attached is redacted version of Limited Sources Document.
