3) Technical capacity of tenderer (based on i.a. items 5 and 6 of the tender form for a supply contract). The reference period which will be taken into account will be the last 3 years from submission deadline.

Legal persons:

— the tenderer has specific experience in the supply and installation of photovoltaic power plants and drip irrigation schemes equivalent to or exceeding the power requirements and acreage of the lot s/he is tendering for. This experience can either be demonstrated through 1 contract which integrates both photovoltaic power and drip irrigation equivalent to or exceeding the power requirements and acreage of the lot s/he is tendering for, or through 2 separate contracts, 1 proving experience in the supply and installation of photovoltaic power equivalent to or exceeding the power requirements of the lot s/he is tendering for, and a second, separate contract proving experience in the supply and installation of drip irrigation schemes equivalent to or exceeding the acreage of the lot s/he is tendering for. Proving the experience through a larger number of contracts, the cumulative amounts of which would be equivalent to or exceed the power requirements and acreage of the lot tendered for, is not permissible.

If the tenderer submits bids and is subsequently awarded contracts for more than 1 lot, experience has to be demonstrated equivalent to or exceeding the highest power requirements and largest acreage of all of the lots s/he is tendering for.
